Apparently you have to pick at least one star, otherwise it would have been a 0. I have been taking my son to this location ever since it opened. Tonight, 06/27/2018 I arrived at 7:30 only to find the front doors locked even though the hours are posted as open until 8:00. There were 2 people getting their hair cut with no one waiting. After knocking on the door several times, one of the ladies finally looked up and said they were closed. I informed her the posted hours were until 8:00 and it was only 7:30. She again said they were closed, never walking up to the door to explain why. I have been in the location before walking out close to 8:00 and the doors were never locked before. Very bad customer service.

I took my 5 year old daughter in back over the summer with a free mvp haircut coupon thinking everything would be free, even showed them before they took her back. After she was done they told me it would be $17 that the actual haircut wasn't included. So I wrote a private review on using my receipt so it would go directly to the manager. The manager Mike then sent me another free haircut coupon for my inconvenience of the trip. Well I went in today thinking I was going to get my hair cut for free. The lady came from the back and said she would have to charge me extra because they don't typically cut women's hair. I told her I had a free coupon from Mike and she still was going to charge me $10. I was very upset so I left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The ladies have been very rude both times I was in there.
