Normally get decent service here. Today received worst cut ever. Stylist buzzed things much shorter than requested and over trimmed goatee (without asking for it to be trimmed). Not overly skilled to put it nicely.

Unbelievable wait time. Stylists have no sense of urgency. Poorly managed. Don’t waste your time here

Nice people and received a great haircut. I have been multiple times and they always take good care of me. Do the online check in and save yourself some time.
