The store is closed more than it is open.

This is the second time I've come to this location. We've had great experiences at all the other locations but the Loveland location is the worst. The appointment time was 20 minutes late, the brunette yelled across the store that they will get to me when they are available, and twice I've paid for the MVP for my son and just got the basic. I guess the price difference just ended up being a bigger tip.

Ms. Karen gave me a great haircut today. I had gotten a hair transplant this week and Karen was very careful on the sensitive areas and blended the shaved/donor sections well. She was very attentive to my requests.
